Cynthia Oredugba '70 has a passion for guiding women who yearn to be their best selves but who’ve put their innermost dreams on hold for family or career. This webinar will explore a formula for becoming the person we've all envisioned for ourselves through clarity and confidence. Uncover the best you for a powerful 2023!

In her role as executive and leadership coach at Missing Peace Coaching, Cynthia works with Senior Executive women who face all the demands and stress of a high-performance position. She helps them masterfully navigate the rapidly changing landscape of today's business world so that they can thrive as leaders. Cynthia is the author of “It’s Your Turn: Uncovering The Best You Now”.  She also co-hosts a Podcast, “The O Element.”

Cynthia has a rich history of fulfilling her own life purpose. She was the first African American woman to join the William Morris Talent Agency as an agent trainee in the early 1970s, and later opened her own boutique talent agency in Los Angeles. In her 16 year career, she helped numerous creative individuals launch their dream careers, including director Lee Daniels of The Butler, Precious and Empire fame. Cynthia even introduced friend Alex Haley to David Wolper, who produced the iconic miniseries Roots.
