Start your year off with intention and alignment.

Join Jean Madison Reiser '14 for a workshop centered on getting clear on your vision for the year ahead, or the years to come, getting intentional about how to take steps toward that vision in the year to come, and receive resources and guidance on setting intentional goals.

Not your typical SMART(IE) goals, these goals will focus on you and your well-being, asking the question "how can I make this easier", and building out a network of who can support you in getting to your goals faster.

Come prepared to do some visualization, brainstorming and walk away with 2-3 concrete, intentional and aligned goals for 2023.

Jean Madison Reiser '14  is a Coach and Consultant running her own business focusing on helping people build a vision for their lives, learn how their work aligns with that, and understand their strengths in order to show up with their whole selves at work. In addition to individual coaching, Jean Madison also works with small businesses and nonprofits to improve culture, build human centric development processes, and help companies figure out what developing a more human-centered and balanced work environment can do for their people and their bottom line.

Jean Madison has been working in the world of talent acquisition and development since she graduated from Miami in 2014. With a short stint in the corporate recruitment world, Jean Madison then transitioned into a role in the non-profit space where she was a successful recruiter and then Director or Recruitment for a teacher training program before venturing out on her own to take on Entrepreneurship and the challenge of coaching and supporting individuals from a variety of backgrounds and work environments.

Jean Madison was an International Studies and Social Justice Studies double major at Miami University and was highly involved on campus. She worked on campus for the Programs Office for the Department of Global & Intercultural Studies, is a member of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, and was one of the founding members, and then president of the Miami Net Impact Chapter. Jean Madison also participated in many Miami-developed programs, including the Urban Leadership Internship Program and the Inside Washington Program.  She remains very involved at Miami and has attended all of the M.I.A.M.I. Women events since graduating college, as well as several alumni weekends (and any other opportunity presented to be back on campus interacting with students).  When back on campus, Jean Madison works with her professors and career services to connect with as many Arts & Science students as she can to help coach and mentor them in their choices during and after their time at Miami, her way of giving back to CAS and the professors that helped her get to where she is today.

The presentation is free to watch online, but registration is required.
