Each spring MIAMI WOMEN invites the entire Miami community to join in a day of personal and professional development. This event features keynote addresses and panel discussions from inspirational thought leaders, interactive workshops, and networking elements for Miamians at all levels in their careers. Our speakers include amazing Miami women who will inspire you to move forward with authenticity, resilience, and empathy. If you didn't register for the in-person event, the speakers will be streamed for you to enjoy virtually.
Keynote speaker Lynn Smith ’01 will help you uncover your “uniqueifers” to authentically unleash your edge. She has led thousands of clients through her seven-step program to be their best selves on video and in person.
Lynn Smith has interviewed countless celebrities like Dolly Parton, Motley Crue, Chef Morimoto, Kristen Bell, Ludacris, Janelle Monáe, John Legend, Brené Brown, Imagine Dragons, and more! She’s driven race cars, flown airplanes, and cooked beside the world’s greatest chefs. Her 20-year career in journalism has been seen on television and in publications like Parents.com, Women’s Health, and CNN.com. Lynn believes that everyone has a compelling and unique story to tell within them, and she guides her audience through the strategies to harness that story and share it with the masses which in turn will make an impact.
