We all know the types of activities we “should” be doing to live relatively stress-free lives: sleep well, exercise, drink lots of water, eat healthy, meditate daily, etc. But with the demands of modern life, creating in-depth self-care routines can sometimes feel impractical or downright overwhelming! Even if you are successful in implementing these habits, life still tends to throw unexpected stressors your way to set that balance off-kilter. Jaden Nogee '20 is a School of Management alumna currently working in public accounting at KPMG. Outside of the demands of her employment, she uses her skills and knowledge as a Certified Life Coach, Zumba Instructor, and Meditation Facilitator to design a lifestyle closely aligned with her personal values. She is also an avid singer/songwriter, Dungeons and Dragons player, and newly minted “cat mom.”
